  CD Proceedings are expected to be shipped in March 2013 by 1^st class mail.

If you don't receive your proceedings by April 30^th for US addresses we will send you a duplicate. For overseas shipments, please wait until June 1^st before contacting us.
To verify eligibility and get a duplicate copy, please mail a copy of the conference registration receipt to:
