- To accommodate conference grounds constraints, participation to the 2023 event is by advance registration only. There will be NO on-site registrations. All conference attendees must pre-register at least 2 weeks prior to the start of ACSSC 2023 — 15 October 2023 . There will be NO PROVISION FOR ON-SITE REGISTRATION .
- Registration fee schedule (Early registration by 1 Oct / Regular registration after 1 Oct and by 15 Oct)
- Standard $650 / $ 800
- Student/IEEE life member: $550 / $700
- Each registration includes admission to the technical sessions, tutorials, social events, one copy of the proceedings in electronic format, and lunches Monday and Tuesday, and Monday dinner for those not staying at the Asilomar Conference Center for any of the Conference nights for registrations received by Oct 1. After 1 October, a limited number of meal tickets will be available on a first come first served basis until sold out.
- Refund Policy
- Registrations are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, for written requests received by 29 October 2023.
- Transfers must be requested in writing before the event begins, and incur a $50 processing fee. Contact asilomar@cmsworkshops.com to initiate a transfer.
